THE Pembrokeshire Lottery winner for April 16 was Mrs. P Gibby. She won with number 8839.
Mrs. Gibby, from Pembroke, works for a charity in the county and plans to use her winnings to treat herself.
She has been in the lottery since January 1995 and this is her second time around in winning the £2,000 prize.
