The annual Senior Citizens Christmas dinner for the seaside town returned last night, hosted by Tenby Round Table.
It was a return to the De Valence venue for the free festive do following the pandemic, when despite the event not taking place, Round Tablers were still able to deliver meals ‘door to door’ to people’s homes.
“We’ve had the pleasure of welcoming around 150 of Tenby’s senior citizens back into the De Valance this evening after a two year break!” said Ed Spence chair of Tenby Round Table.
“It’s great to be able to bring people together at this time of year to celebrate.
“Huge thanks to Tenby Town Council for supporting this event, De Valence Pavilion for providing the venue and Qube Restaurant Tenby for catering.
“Also big thanks to St Mary’s Choir, Cllr Sue Lane and Santa Claus himself for providing the entertainment!,” he added.
