Both Tenby lifeboats were requested to launch at 5.40 pm last Thursday after a local fishing boat found an unmanned kayak one mile off Lydstep. After a thorough search of the sea by the lifeboats and the shoreline by members of Tenby Coastguard Rescue Team, with nothing further found, the search was called off and all units returned to station.
