The 1st Pembroke Haven Scout Group have received a boost thanks to Pembroke and Pembroke Dock Lions. They have received a cheque for £1,250 in appreciation of their invaluable support of the Lions’ Santa and sleigh run. They are an amazing group of children from Cubs to Scouts and turn up whatever the weather knocking on doors with the collection buckets. The money the Lions donate pays for the yearly registration and enrolment for each member of the group. It is the hope of Pembroke and Pembroke Dock Lions that photographs and stories such as this will lead to other local groups or individuals requesting their help.
