Sir, The parents, children and staff of Saundersfoot School raised £650 recently at a fund-raising sale in the Regency Hall. This money will go towards START - Srilankan Trust to Aid and Rebuild Tangalle - following the devastating effects of the recent tsunami. Through your newspaper, we would like to thank the Regency Hall committee for the use of the hall; shopkeepers of Saundersfoot for allowing us to display posters; and all the generous people who donated goods and supported us by attending the sale in very inclement weather. Special thanks are extended to the staff of the school, especially Mr. Mick Booth, Mrs. Gill Priestland and Mrs. Dianne Phillips; and to all the parents and children who helped on the day.
