AFTER 19 years at Tenby Junior School, the pupils, staff, parents and governors said a fond farewell to Mrs. Judy Britton at the end of the spring term.

Her role and responsibilities have certainly changed over the years and her ability to drop everything to help anyone knocking at her door will certainly be missed, as well as her many other roles!

The school celebrated her retirement with an after-school party at the end of term, with words of thanks from present headteacher Jan Llewellyn and previous head Mr. Peter Williams, as well as Mrs. Britton, who reflected on her years at the school as well as informing everyone of her many plans for the future.

The children then presented her with cards in the final assembly. All staff, parents, children and governors wish Mrs. Britton a long, happy and healthy retirement.
