The Scarlets rang the changes this week with an away training camp to bring a spark to their preparations and heighten team unity between crucial Connacht and Munster games in the league.
With four crucial games in a row in the RaboDirect PRO12 campaign ahead, the Scarlets have connected with partners in the region to take the squad away from their training base and get into the heart of their community ahead of the big games.
A break from tradition to train outside Parc y Scarlets mid season, the entire Scarlets squad took work away from their training ground with a change of scenery and options for team building that will challenge and refresh players' minds and spirits after an intense rugby season.
Scarlets head coach Simon Easterby said: "It's about challenging our players in new environments, keeping minds and bodies fresh after weeks of training without a break between games as well as going back to our roots in the community - linking with clubs, young players and our supporters."
