Thirty-three people plus several dogs and two bikes turned up for Team Littlefoot’s (TL) ‘Walk for Ukraine’ on Sunday morning, starting and finishing at the Regency Hall, Saundersfoot.

The group, mostly decked out in blue and yellow in support for Ukraine, walked from the village to Wisemans Bridge and up to the Heritage Park. They returned by the same route, enjoying the crisp but sunny weather and lovely views en route, with refreshments waiting for them back at the Regency Hall.

TL would like to thank everyone who helped and supported this mornings event, where just over £300 was raised through the walk, refreshments and second hand book sale.

This brings the grand total to just over £2,500 raised by TL for their Ukraine Appeal.

The Team are taking a well earned rest next weekend before ‘Busking for Ukraine’ resumes again on Sunday, April 17, and Saturday, April 23 in the Sensory Gardens; with the next ‘Walk for Ukraine’ planned for Sunday April 24. This walk will start and finish in Amroth, calling in at The Bothy Tearooms at Colby Gardens for Penny Jackson’s famous cakes!
