Construction/upgrade works to Saundersfoot Train Station are set to get undwerway from this month.

From Monday, September 29 the B4316 Pentlepoir to Saundersfoot road, near Pentlepoir - from a point near the properties known as no.1 & 2 Winifred Place, east to its junction with The Fan Road, will be closed for five nights between 6pm and 6 am to allow for construction/upgrade works to Saundersfoot Train Station.

Alternative routes are as follows:

• Southbound traffic: A478 Pentlepoir to New HedgesRoundabout, Broadfield Hill, St Brides Hill, Milford Street, Church Terrace andB4316 Saundersfoot to Pentlepoir road.

• Northbound traffic: Frances Lane, Wogan Terrace, CambrianPlace, St Brides Hill, Broadfield Hill, A478 New Hedges Roundabout toPentlepoir road and B4316.
