Police are appealing for information after power tools were stolen from a building under renovation at The Strand, Saundersfoot, overnight on Tuesday.

An attempted break-in also occurred at Chobbles Sweet Shop sometime between 3.30 and 4.40 am.

Police are anxious to speak with the driver of a red Vauxhall Corsa seen in the vicinity at the time.

Some of the property taken was later recovered at Coppet Hall car park.
