PEOPLE have been pictured in various parts of the world wearing the now somewhat famous Saundersfoot NYDS t-shirt.

This week we received this photograph from Katherine MacDougall wearing hers whilst visiting Sealion Island in the Falkland Islands earlier this month.

"My mother, who lives in Saundersfoot, and the lady in the newsagents battled for a few weeks to get hold of one of the t-shirts," explained Katherine. "This must be one of the further distances one of these t-shirts has travelled - 8,000 miles from the UK.

"We had previously lived in the Falklands, almost 30 years ago, so to return was a trip of a lifetime for my mother and me.

"I'm afraid I didn't actually take part in the swim this year, but have done so in the past. How could I not don the Saundersfoot NYDS t-shirt after the endeavours of both my mother and the lady in the newsagents to get hold of one!"
