Results from recent matches are as follows:
In the night league, sponsored by Carl French Electronics, nine anglers fished at Burton jetty, but unfortunately no fish in size reached the scales.
On Sunday, 17 anglers, including two juniors, fished in a rover match in very cold and wet conditions. Only five fish were weighed in.
1. George Barritt - flounder of .54; 2. Andrew Jones - dogfish of .45; 3. Terry Hunt - flounder of .32; joint 4. Tony O'Neil with a three-bearded rockling and Mike Williams with a dab.
Mike's daughter, Isabella, joined the club on the day and was one of the juniors who braved the weather. The other junior was Liam Marklew, who for the first time failed to make the scales.
