Sail Training THANK YOU!
The Milford Haven Port Authority has again kindly donated £250 to the sail training movement. All the sail training provided at the club is provided on a voluntary basis by RYA qualified instructors. The training fees help towards the running costs, but we rely on donations such as these to help us to renew our boats and equipment. So once again a big thank you must go to the port authority.
Taster session
Due to weather conditions, the club was unable to run the free taster session last Saturday. Instead, it has been rescheduled to tomorrow (Saturday) at 10 am. Raffle Tickets
The club is holding a spring raffle, with all proceeds going towards the purchase of sail training equipment. Tickets are available at the clubhouse and from Tina Osborne, dinghy captain.
Coppet Week
The club has decided to cancel the training evening for Coppet Week on May 16. All volunteers will be contacted by the dinghy captain and a briefing will be given before each race.
Sunday Racing
Sunday racing took place in rather light conditions. However, organisers managed to get two races in. Race one results: 1. Paul Johnson (Solo); 2. Nick Berridge (Phantom); 3. Keith Jones. Race two results: 1. Nick Berridge; 2. Paul Johnson; 3. Keith Jones.
