Saundersfoot Rotary Club hosted another successful charity ‘duck race’ this month at the harbour, with over £1,000 raised for the RNLI.
1st prize £50, went to Duck no. 366; 2nd prize (£25) to no. 874; 3rd prize (£10) no. 748.
“Following on from Sunday’s extremely successful first Duck Race of the year, the numbers have been counted and the totals are in!” said a spokesperson for Saundersfoot Rotary.
“The event raised a total of nearly £1,200 in support of the RNLI, a fantastic sum which will support their vital role of saving lives at sea.
“Huge thanks to everyone who came along to join in the fun and help make it so successful.
“Watch this space for details of the next duck race.”
