Married recently at St. Michael's Church, Pembroke, were Mr. John Goy and Miss Claire Green.

The groom, a computer programmer, is the eldest son of Robin and Krysia Goy, of Saundersfoot, while the bride, a photographic manager, is the eldest daughter of Linda Green, of Pembroke.

Given away by her brother, the bride wore a white wedding gown with A-line full skirt, complete with train and complemented by a detailed cranberry strapless bodice, tiara and long-length veil. She carried a bouquet of glorisa, bamboo, eucalyptus, gerbera, pink, red, orange roses, red berries and orchids.

Chief bridesmaid was Rachel Brown (friend), while also attending her were bridesmaids Amy Chandler, Jessica Ward and Samantha Goy, and flower girls Alex Whiting and Rebecca and Rachel Jones.

Best man was Simon Hicks and the ushers were Adam Goy, Robin Green, Jon James and Murray Foster.

After the ceremony, which was conducted by Rev. Roger Jones, the happy couple arrived at the reception at the Holyland Country House Hotel by horse and carriage.

Their honeymoon will be spent in the Maldives and Sri Lanka later next year.

They have made their home in Pembroke.
