At the latest meeting of Saundersfoot in Bloom, members welcomed news that they could expect a donation from Saundersfoot New Years Day Swim.

Chairman Keith Williams welcomed members present, he also paid condolences to member Joan Allen and her family on their recent sad loss.

The first item on the agenda was the draw for places at the Flower Festival to be held in St Issell’s church, by kind permission of Rev’d Steve Brett, on August 8 to 12. Letters will be sent to organisations soon.

Entry forms for the garden competition are in the library, judging will take place on July 19.

Councillor Martyn Williams told members that they would receive a donation from monies collected at the New Years Day swim. Members were pleased to hear this.

There being no further business Keith closed the meeting and thanked members for attending.
