The presentation of prizes to the winners of the poster competition organised by Saundersfoot in Bloom took place at Pentlepoir School by kind permission of head teacher, Mr. Rees. Prizes were presented by president of Saundersfoot in Bloom, Mr. Duncan Hilling, and winners were: Pentlepoir School - five to seven years, Sophia Karpaty and Jordon Strudwick; eight to 11 years, Rebecca Driscoll and Ben Turner. Netherwood School - four and under, Tudor Hurle and Skye Murray; five to seven years, Morgan Scourfield and Joanna Weedon; eight to 11 years, Rebecca Morgan and Natasha Fidpy; 12 and over, Rose Gallagher and Grace Scourfield. Saundersfoot School - four and under, Emma Muscutt and Lewis Sarrionandia; five to seven years, Eva Watkins and Lauren Price; eight to 11 years, Rebecca Hamilton and Katy Waters. Overall winner: Up to seven years, Sophia Karpaty, Pentlepoir; eight and over, Rose Gallagher, Netherwood. Future events are the Community Flower Festival at St. Issell's Church, Tuesday, June 28 to Saturday, July 2, and the Best Garden Competition which will be judged on July 15.
