Members of Saundersfoot in Bloom have been very busy lately, with activities in the village, including clearing the tubs and troughs of winter plants and planting new seasons bedding plants.
Members also cleared the pavement in Brewery Terrace of weeds.
The hanging baskets have arrived and the village is looking more attractive and almost ready for the Wales in Bloom judge, who will be visiting Saundersfoot on July 9.
The entry for Wales in Bloom is made by Saundersfoot Community Council.
Entry forms for the Saundersfoot in Bloom garden competition are available in the library, and judging will take place on Wednesday, July 18.
The draw for positions at the flower festivel has taken place and letters are on the way to the participants.
The Flower Festival will be held at St. Issell’s Church from August 7 to 11, with decorating on Monday, August 6.
During the Flower Festival, memorial pew ends are available for anyone who wishes to remember a loved one.
If anyone would like a memorial pew end, please contact any ‘in bloom’ committee member.
