Members of the Saundersfoot committee of Cancer Research UK held their annual general meeting last week. Chairman George Cavell welcomed everyone and thanked the committee for all their hard work during the year.

Gladys Cleevely presented the accounts and revealed that a sum of £19,193.63 had been raised.

Chris Robinson from HQ thanked the committee and gave a short talk on Cancer Research.

Officers for the year: president and minute secretary - Rosemary Hayes; chairman - George Cavell; vice-chair - Margaret Joseph; secretary - Steve John; treasurer - Gladys Cleevely; assistant treasurer - Mary Cavell.
