There was not just one, but two Santa Claus to lead the Steps2Health walkers on a festive town walk on Saturday (writes B.S.).
Walks leader Lyn Evans, suitably garbed, led a procession of red hats across the golf links path to Black Rock and back along the beach and then round town, where many children were wide-eyed at the sight of two Santas, the other one being walker Leighton Davies.
It was a convivial end to the walk with coffee, tea, mince pies and apple pies being enjoyed in the welcoming comfort of the Albany Hotel.
On Saturday, meet outside Somerfield at 10.30 am to walk off the Christmas excesses!
