HERE'S some very special news. Sandi Thom is coming back to the Queen's Hall, Narberth. It was the drive home after her gig at the Queen's Hall back in February that inspired her to do the web gigs. Two weeks later, she was a huge recording phenomenon.
"When Sandi played here in February, I said that I would love her to come back and play for us, but I recognised that she was going to be a huge star and that we might not be able to be part of her tour in the future," said Ashley Calvert, of the Queen's Hall. "Sandi said that she had enjoyed playing at the hall so much, that no matter what happened, she would always come back."
Well Sandi has been good to her word and is coming back to Narberth on October 5. "This is a huge coup for the hall," added Ashley. "Somehow the word has got out and tickets are already selling fast. Make sure you get yours."
