Rupert Bear makes a welcome return to Colby Woodland Garden, near Amroth, on Bank Holiday Monday, May 29.

National Trust staff at Colby will be holding a Children's Fun Day with a bear hunt in the woods and other activities to involve all the family. Rupert will be making regular appearances throughout the day to meet his many fans. Further information is available on 01834 811885.

Whilst Rupert will be arriving on foot on Monday, visitors on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of the Bank Holiday week will be able to leave their cars behind and catch the Day Tripper Bus to Colby Woodland Garden. This special service picks up in Tenby and Saundersfoot as well as from local holiday parks arriving at 12.35 pm and leaving at 4 pm, giving ample time for lunch in the Bothy Tearoom, a walk around the garden, which is currently at its sspringtime best, and a browse in the National Trust shop or the Art Gallery.
