A PEMBROKE Dock woman is in training for this year's Great North Run. Taking place on September 18, Ann McGahey, of Bufferland Terrace, Pembroke Dock, will not only be aiming to complete the half-marathon within three hours, but also raise £1,000 for the charity, Children with Leukaemia. She has already raised £600 for the charity, which is dedicated exclusively to the research and treatment of childhood leukaemia and to the welfare of leukaemic children and their families.
