VICTORIA PLEDGE

The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Veronica Pledge, of Oxford, and Mr. Malcolm Pledge, of America. The bridegroom is the son of Angela and Andrew Merriman, of Hopshill Farm, Saundersfoot.

Given away by her father, the bride wore a dress designed by Allure Couture Range (Bath).

Bridesmaids were Laura Lane, Jodie Modie, Emma Foster (friends) and Sophie Merriman (bridegroom's sister).

Best man was Mr. Owen Evans, master of ceremonies, Mr. Philip Vickery, and ushers were Vyvian Danes, Sean Lynn and Mark Irish.

Following the service at the Abbey, the couple left in a John Deere Tractor. This was followed by a wonderful reception at the Great Tythe Barn, Tetbury. The three-tier wedding cake was made and beautifully decorated by Mrs. Susan Davies, Pembroke.

The couple had a relaxed honeymoon in the Maldives and will continue to live in Clifton, Bristol.
