Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall will be visiting Tenby on Wednesday, as part of the couple's Welsh Week.
The Royal visit coincides with the Pembrokeshire Fish Week celebrations, with the Prince and the Duchess arriving at Tenby shortly after 11am.
They will meet various dignitaries, including the Hon Robin Lewis OBE, Lord-Lieutenant of Dyfed; Clr. John George, chairman of Pembrokeshire County Council; Clr. Julie Evans, Mayor of Tenby; and Kate Morgan, food officer for Pembrokeshire County Council and founder and organiser of Pembrokeshire Fish Week.
Their Royal Highnesses will tour St. George's Street and Tudor Square, speaking to county food and drink producers.
Among the local producers they will meet are Hugh Thomas, of Puffin Produce, David, Cynthia and Jason Jennings, of Pant Mawr Cheeses, Susan O'Dare, of Alderwicks Ltd, Tony Malone, of Pembrokeshire Tea Company, James Ross and Robert Gibby, of Pembrokeshire Produce Direct and Llaeth Bethesda Milk, and Tim Whittal-Williams, of the Pembrokeshire Cheese Company.
The couple will also visit the Pembrokeshire Pasty and Pie Company, and the Qube Restaurant, where they will meet celebrity chef Valentine Warner, who will be hosting a fish cookery masterclass later in the day as part of Pembrokeshire Fish Week.
They will also meet Daniel Burgess, fishery development officer for the Welsh Assembly Government, who will give a brief overview of the state of the fishing industry.
The Royal Highnesses will also meet children from Tenby Infant and Junior Schools, some of whom have been involved in using recycled materials to make sculptures to celebrate Fish Week, at Tudor Square.
Kate Morgan, founder and organiser of Pembrokeshire Fish Week, said it would be a great privilege to receive a visit from Prince Charles and The Duchess of Cornwall.
"It's an honour and a tremendous boost for Pembrokeshire Fish Week," she said.
"Prince Charles is well-known as a strong advocate on the importance of using local, seasonal food, and he has a keen interest in the sustainable fishing industry.
"We are very much looking forward to meeting him and introducing him to a selection of our county's producers," she concluded.
