Narberth RFC Former Players' Association will hold a reunion prior to the Division One (West) league game between Narberth and Merthyr at the Lewis Lloyd ground, Narberth, tomorrow (Saturday). Looking forward to the reunion, association treasurer Peter Spacey said: "All former players of the club will be most welcome to attend the clubhouse from 12.30 pm each time we hold a pre- match reunion. "At the reunion, members can enjoy a complimentary pre-match buffet and drink, but more importantly, renew old friendships, enjoy some reminiscing and the opportunity to catch up on personal news. "Two personalities who were very much part of the club in the 1960s and 1970s will be guests of the association for the Merthyr match. Players of those days will remember both guests with warmth, affection and much humour. "Membership of the Narberth Former Players Association continues to grow and new members have been astonished at the excellent value for money arrangements. After the initial membership fee of £15, the subsequent annual fee is reduced to £10. "Members receive a distinctive association tie and an invitation to attend at least two reunions per season."
