Pembrokeshire Trading Standards are warning residents to be on their guard following several reports of an individual making house calls in the north of the county, offering a free boiler.

People have been informed the business is working with Pembrokeshire County Council, but there is currently no such scheme offering free boilers operating at present.

Trading Standards advises people to be cautious of doorstep traders and If they claim to be approved or endorsed by the council then contact the council on 01437 764551 to verify the claim.
