Sir, I would like to make some comments on your article in last week's issue of the Observer, concerning the proposed development of the fields behind Whitlow and Castle View. 1. I and many of my neighbours are very concerned about the possible implications of such a development in terms of access, sewage disposal and loss of woodland and hedgerows. 2. Following a consultation period and the plan getting approval, we will be looking to form a Residents Association. 3. I was surprised to see that Mr. A. Williams's comments were structured to suggest that he was speaking on behalf of the residents: He certainly does not! I would accept any comments from fellow residents in the area on the formation of the Residents Association.
