The Regency Hall trustees and management team are pleased to announce that the doors to the Saundersfoot venue have re-opened, for low risk classes only.
These will include some of the gentle exercise classes, children’s/baby classes, and small meetings. The tea room/foyer and kitchen will remain closed for the time being. Saundersfoot Playgroup remains open in term times. Classes will be reviewed on a monthly basis in the hope the hall will be able to safely provide the community with a wider variety of classes in the not so distant future.
Please don’t be offended if you are passing and you see that there are people inside the hall, but the front door is locked. The Welsh Government Regulations will not currently allow the hall to open to the general public, due to Track and Trace responsibilities which lay solely at their feet.
New bookings will be taken for 2021 only, with priority given to existing classes for the remainder of this year. All tutors have been contacted and will make individual contact with their group members. A list of all classes running from September 2020 will be available on the website: www.regencyhall.org.uk. Here you will also find the hall’s Risk Assessment, Special Conditions of Hire during Covid 19 (these are supplemental to, not a replacement, for the ordinary conditions of hire), Privacy Policy, GDPR, NHS Wales Test-Trace and Protect service, as well as the Cleaning Policy.
Whilst you can still expect the usual friendly welcome upon arrival at the Regency Hall, there will be some noticeable changes. These include: safety notices, sanitising stations, floor markings and staff in PPE. The safety of visitors, staff and volunteers is of the upmost importance. Your continued support will enable the hall to move forward in these uncertain times.
