A record number of runners competed in Tenby 10K on Sunday. Sponsored by Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire, the event was held in glorious sunshine. A total of 213 runners who came as far as Cheltenham, Twickenham and Winchester, even from East Cork participated.   Results were as follows: Overall winner - Gareth Jones (34:13). Male open winner - Carl Ellis; 2. Neil Morgan; 3. Charles Walsh.  Male veteran, 40-49, winner - Nick Frost; 2. Kevin Griffiths; 3. Martin Webborn. Male 50+ winner - Alan Davies; 2. Phil Meyler.  Female winner - Melissa Watson.  Female open winner - Claire Cleathero; 2. Kat Driver; 3. Lisa Thomas. Female 35-44 winner - Rachel Byers; 2. Paula Ham; 3.
