Could I, through your newspaper, congratulate local students on the excellent A Level and AS Level results that have been achieved.
Not only have record passes been recorded this year, but a high proportion of entrants have gained A-C grades, and this is, of course, excellent.
Many of our students will take up courses within Wales where they will receive excellent tuition. Others will be going to England and beyond. To them all we should be extending our best wishes - these people represent the future of our nation.
