At the Royal British Legion Women's Section Conference in Bournemouth, 122 standards paraded at the town's memorial, led by the Band of the Royal Logistics Corps. Wreaths were laid by Bob Chapman, Mayor of Bournemouth, and officers of the Women's Section. Haverfordwest were represented by Mrs. Tish Hall, and Pembrokeshire County by Miss Phillipa Jenkins, of Narberth. Delegates were Mrs. Mary Evans and Mrs. Doreen Warlow. Members were treated to a musical evening at the International Centre by the Central Band of the Royal British Legion. The Haverfordwest section will be holding a coffee morning on June 15 at Prendergast Church Hall.
