At the Royal British Legion Women's Section national conference held at the Winter Garden in Eastbourne, last week, St. David's and Haverfordwest represented Pembrokeshire.

HRH Princess Anne, The Princess Royal, presented the cups and awards to the winners and runners-up.

Mrs. Sybil Locker was the county delegate and Mrs. Trish Hall, of Haverfordwest, took part in a 100 strong parade of standards on Eastbourne Grand Parade where the salute was taken by the Mayoress of Eastbourne. The parade was led by the band of the Queen's Division (Minden).
