The performers were all post-graduate students at the college about to embark on their professional musical careers.
The first half of the programme combined German lieder and operatic arias, including works by Schubert, Strauss, Mozart, Rossini and Puccini; while the second half included popular music hall works - ending with a rendition of the Flanders and Swan 'Hippopotamus Song'!
The programme was beautifully sung by Alison Rose (soprano), Matthew Morgan (tenor), James Williams (baritone), accompanied by Christopher White on the piano.
The concert was greatly enjoyed by an audience of around 200 and raised just under £2,000 in support of the Paul Sartori Foundation, Wales Air Ambulance and Rotary charities.
Following its success, the Rotary Club of Pembroke plan to host this recital on an annual basis. Indeed, the club, the audience and the singers are already looking forward to next year's event.
The club wishes to acknowledge the support given by all its sponsors in making this event possible.
