A fun filled day was had by all on Saturday as 150 Rainbow Guides from all over Pembrokeshire joined together at Scolton Manor House Grounds to celebrate the Queen's Golden Jubilee.
Despite the weather, the Rainbows enjoyed various activities and crafts on a gold theme. These included May pole dancing, golden basketball, golden welly races, gold mini treasure hunt and a gold teddy drama, courtesy of the County Commissioner Nicole Evans.
For the craft activities, the Rainbows made gold crowns, Golden Syrup food, picture frames, jubilee face painting, gold pasta necklaces, gold paper plates and door hangers, gold medals and gold friendship bracelets.
It was certainly an exciting and successful day for everyone. This was possible because of the hard work both before and on the day by all Pembrokeshire's Rainbow Guides and their excellent helpers.
The Rainbows expressed their thanks with a rousing cheer at the end of the day.
Everyone made their way home feeling tired but happy, with many golden memories.
