On Thursday, the Corps of the Drums of the Welsh Guards will be visiting Pembroke in support of an abseil Clr. Aden Brinn is organising at Pembroke Castle, with proceeds to go to the Welsh Guards charity. A similar event was held last August, also at Pembroke Castle.

Coinciding with the Queen’s 90th Birthday, prior to the abseil, scheduled to commence at 11 am, a parade through the town will muster at 10.30 am near to the former Conservative Club, Main Street, and step off at 10.40 am en-route to Pembroke Castle.

The Mayor of Pembroke, Clr. Pauline Waters, will take the salute outside Pembroke Town Hall.
