St. Florence Village Association went quackers on Easter Saturday for their annual duck race.
"The weather was good and the river ideal for a great race," said the association's Alan Lesser afterwards.
"At 3 pm, around 350 ducks were let loose to do battle against the currents and eddies of the river."
The first prize was £25, second £15 and third £10. There was also a prize for the last duck over the line.
Before the race, the village children had a race with their own bath toys and their faces were pictures of delight as they followed them along the course.
The ever-popular egg hunt, meanwhile, had over 90 eggs hidden around the grass and daffodils close to the start, eagerly hunted and all free of charge.
In addition, there was a huge teddy bear stall, and hot dogs and amazing fancy Easter cakes to be enjoyed, and tea, coffee and Welsh cakes at the finish to sooth those hoarse throats.
