To raise money for the tsunami appeal a number of children and staff at Templeton CP School walked to school from Narberth Fire Station last Friday morning. They raised £259.79 along the way, while the rest of the school wore pyjamas to school for the day and brought in donations, raising a further £508 The walk was the idea of Harry and Timothy Frost, who persuaded their dad David to organise the event. Thanks go to them and also to the firefighters in Narberth who supported the event with their time and vehicles and the police who helped stage it safely. Thanks also to those who made donations along the road and the parents and pupils of the school who generously supported the appeal.
