Pembrokeshire County Council chairman Clr. Tony Brinsden paid a visit to the first Haverfordwest Farmers’ Market of The Festive Season last Friday to listen to the pupils of Mary Immaculate School, Haverfordwest, get shoppers into the Christmas spirit by singing a medley of Carols. “The weather was cold but their singing warmed everyone up,” he said. “They opened the festive season in style.” A Christmas market will be held each Friday throughout December with producers selling a range of fresh local produce to help householders stock up for their festive feasts.
