The accolade of Narberth Pudding 2012 will be awarded to a premier pud at the forthcoming Narberth Food Festival.

The festival and TransitioNarberth have joined together in their search for the delightful dessert, which must include native fruit and/or nuts.

The winning entrant will be presented with a wonderful hand-decorated plate, donated by the competition's sponsor, the Fourcroft Hotel, Tenby.

The competition entry form, with recipe, and £2.50 entry fee (which allows free entry to the festival on the Sunday) must be received by Saturday, September 22.

Puddings should be taken to the festival information desk at least 30 minutes before judging, which takes place on Sunday, September 23.
