A street in Tenby was sealed off on Bank Holiday Monday whilst police dealt with a public order incident.
Officers were called to a block of flats in the town's Warren Street at approximately 11.15 pm following a report of an incident involving a 48-year-old man.
"The street was sealed off for approximately an hour due to the person's behaviour," Inspector Ewan Davies told the Observer.
"There was a suggestion that the man had a knife and officers had to force entry into the flat," he said.
One male person was subsequently arrested on suspicion of public order offences.
He was later charged with a public order offence and bailed to appear at Tenby court on Tuesday.
