I am visiting Wales from Canada and ran the Wales Half Marathon on Sunday - my first - and the atmosphere was amazing. The whole route was lined with supporters who cheered us on and made the whole day just wonderful.

Please can you pass on my gratitude to the locals who made this day possible - thank you, diolch yn fawr!
