YOUNG Pembrokeshire musicians have hit the right note with South Wales electricity provider Western Power Distribution (WPD), who has provided sponsorship.
The Pembrokeshire Schools' Junior Jazz Band, which comprises of youngsters aged between 11 and 14 years from schools across the county, received playing kit from the company in the shape of new polo shirts.
Band conductor, Judy Pyart, explained: "The junior band was formed only two years ago, but has already gained national recognition for its performances. We currently have over 30 members who are all thrilled that a company like WPD is supporting us."
