The notice of election has now been published and nominations are being taken from for candidates in the National Assembly for Wales elections in May.
In Pembrokeshire, there are two constituencies, Preseli Pembrokeshire and Carmarthen West/South Pembrokeshire.
Voting takes place on Thursday, May 5.
Candidates for the two constituencies have until 4 pm on Thursday, April 7, to submit their nominations to the Constituency Returning Officer in County Hall, Haverfordwest.
Nominations for the National Assembly for Wales regional list and for the Dyfed Powys Police and Crime Commissioner election - also being held on May 5 - are required to be submitted to the Regional Returning Officer and the Police Area Returning officer in Carmarthen.
Poll cards are being distributed this week to those eligible to vote.
Those wishing to vote in the elections - and also the ‘In-Out’ European Union referendum on June 23 - have to be listed on the electoral register.
The deadline for registering to vote is April 18 for May 5 elections and June 7 for June 23 referendum.
