Councillors elected in May will serve a term of five years.
These local government elections will be the first to be held since the introduction of new legislation in Wales which allows all those who are registered, legally resident in Wales and over 16 on polling day to vote.
You must be registered to vote. You can register at: https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote
Please register now if you have not already done so - as soon it will be too late.
Applications to register must be received by Midnight April 14, 2022.
These will also be the first elections to be administered on the new boundary arrangements.
For example, this year will see 60 County Councillors elected to 59 Electoral Wards rather than the 60 previous wards, due to the change of boundaries.
Voters may be voting in a different electoral ward to the one which they have previously voted in.
The wards for both County Council and Town and Community Councils can be seen under the Election Notice heading at https://www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/elections-and-voting
