A warning has been issued by police to all dog owners in Reynalton this week after reports of sheep worrying.
Over the past week, two dogs - a black and white long haired Collie dog with white fur around its neck and another smaller black dog - have been seen by a farmer worrying his flock.
A number of ewes have been injured and as a result police at Narberth are asking all dog owners to keep their animals under control.
"Farmers are quite entitled to shoot the dogs when they are worrying sheep," a police spokesman pointed out.
Anyone with any information about the incidents is asked to contact the police station on 860389.
