A Dyfed Powys police officer tragically killed in a road traffic collision last week has been named as 39-year-old Barrie Davies from the Letterston area. The officer was driving an unmarked police vehicle when the tragedy occurred on the A40 Haverfordwest to Fishguard road near the entrance to Withybush aerodrome at 10.10 pm on Tuesday, October 11.
There was only one vehicle involved in the accident, a black Seat Toledo, and police are appealing for anyone with any information relating to the incident, to contact Haverfordwest police station on 0845 3302000.
