Pembrokeshire College hair and beauty students were recently invited by Dyfed Powys Police to take part in a Paul Sartori fund-raising event at their Haverfordwest station.
The year 2 and 3 NVQ students practised their skills on the local police force and station administrative staff during a pampering session that included manicures, hand-massages and hair-styling.
The session took part over the lunch period and staff also sold coffee and cakes.
"This is a great stress-buster; a real treat!," enthused local traffic warden Helen Thomasen.
Police administrator Gez Davies said about the fund raising event: "This is certainly a productive way of motivating staff as well as raising money for a good cause."
Dyfed Powys Police is committed to raising money for charity in its 40th anniversary year; this year's event raised over £600.
Pembrokeshire College students benefited from practising their skills and being involved in helping a worthwhile charity like Paul Sartori.
