Residents at Springfield Park, Narberth, are appealing to local youngsters not to use their gardens as a shortcut to the town's rugby ground. "Not only does this raise fears and consternation to elderly residents, but it could also cause damage to their gardens," said a police spokesman. Officers are appealing for anyone who sees the youngsters cutting through the gardens to contact the town's police station on 0845 330 2000.
