Police at Tenby are investigating a report of a burglary at a hotel in Saundersfoot.
Officers are appealing for information after a number of credit cards were stolen from a handbag behind the reception desk at the hotel sometime between 5 pm on Monday and 10.30 the following morning.
One of the credit cards was subsequently used at the HSBC cash point in Saundersfoot at 10.25 pm on Tuesday evening.
Police are anxious to trace a white male person aged between 30 and 35 years in connection with the offence.
It is known that this person booked into a hotel in the village on Tuesday evening and he is believed to be using a red Rover 200 series car.
The man is described as being between five-foot 10 inches to six-foot tall, of stocky build and has dark short hair. He was also unshaven and was wearing a dark blazer and dark shirt without a tie.
